‘Those Folk’ are an Americana duo comprised of Lawrence Menard (USA) and Clare Quinn (AUS). In their 12 years performing and travelling together, they have been collecting songs along the way. The Americana Roots Singalong sees Those Folk leading simple and enjoyable songs of the American South and beyond. The songbook includes favourites from ‘O Brother, Where Art Thou?’ as well as songs about working on the land, the railroad, and other old-time themes.
Please get in touch with the band if you are interested in learning more. This workshop is a great addition to community events and festivals.
