Life Inside a Box is the 3rd studio album by Those Folk. In their mountain-top recording studio in Southern California, Lawrence and Clare wrote, performed, and produced the entire record on their own. A labour of love and a testament to a dedicated creative process, this is a truly independent work. The album is a collection of twelve original songs that deserve not only to be heard, but to be truly listened to. The songs touch on themes of fire, rebirth, resilience, gratitude, and the ‘in between days.’
